Order by Post

You can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque, please remember to fill in your correct bankers cheque card number on the reverse. Send your cheque payable to:

Order On Line

When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details, making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order. Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed by KRS Products Ltd and will only be used to send requested literature, future mail shot or process a requested order.

Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisation. Payment can be made via Paypal who accept Mastercard, Visa Card, Visa Electron, Solo or Switch. 

Postal Charges

Post and Packaging is calculated by weight of each product. If you require multiple items we can ship in one large package as follows:

Delivery approx. 2 - 14 working days and subject to availability *PLEASE NOTE all P&P prices are to Mainland and UK destinations only. Please email us for a price to ALL other destinations.

Returns and Complaints

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately. Under no circumstances, should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore to discontinue any item from our range and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
